Penthouse Loft in Central Kamppi

Host cordially greeted us upon arriving and provide all the details we needed. The apartment is decorous and very tidy and had plenty of room for our party of five. We appreciated the central location, unique interior design, heated bathroom floors, very comfy beds, pillows and blankets, and choice of espresso machine or drip coffee. The written instruction for the washer need fixing and the espresso machine needed some cleaning, but we still give this place five stars and highly recommend. An excellent choice for our visit to Helsinki!

Positive: The host was very warm, friendy and very considerate. The location is excellent and the property was very comfortable for a big group like us (10 with kids). It was such a comfortable stay even for the kids. We will still choose the apartment if ever we visit Helsinki again. Negative: Not much, just the drain in the bathroom, but everything is great.

Great appartement but not for more than 5 people! Positive: Perfect location and super clean apartment! Negative: However, it didn’t really accommodate 10 people, we were only 7 and it already felt very crowded. There is only one actual bedroom and one bathroom, and the beds in the mezzanine are single beds. The price was quite expensive considering how cramped the place was. Also there was no doors in the appartement so not much privacy.

We stayed (family of six; two adult sons and their wives) and found the place to be amazing. There was a lot of space (a couple of different sitting rooms) so we did not feel cramped. The apartment was centrally located to many of the sites we wanted to see). The apartment was also quiet. We would highly recommend this place. One thing, if this matters), the bedrooms do not have doors. It worked for us a we tended to wake up at similar times. Otto was very prompt in replying to messages, even doing a WhatsApp video call when we couldn’t figure out the washing machine.
